Abstract: Revenue assurance (RA) process aims at finding the revenue leakage point, improving profits and cash flows. However it is difficult to implement the RA process because lacking of a typical strategy. Based on the analysis of characteristics of revenue assurance process, an activity-focused RA process metamodel is proposed, which defines process model, activities, roles, products and key process area (KPA).
